Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a digital file has been delivered or accessed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download or receive the wrong file, contact CEVELLA and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate purchase, incorrect file delivery, or a verified technical issue that prevents access to the purchased product.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description before purchasing.
