Digital Product Delivery Policy

CEVELLA sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped.

After successful payment, purchased digital files are delivered electronically through Shopify’s Digital Products system.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and maintaining access to the device or account used to receive their purchase.

If you experience difficulty accessing your download, please contact cevellaco@gmail.com and include your order number and the name of the product purchased.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for resale, or otherwise commercially reproduced without permission from CEVELLA.
